To make this wine the grapes reach the cellar in the cooler hours, they are de-stemmed and conveyed into the tank where it follows a fermentation process and maceration. The liquid fraction of the must and the solid skins ferment to a temperature around 25 ° C. It follows a maceration which lasts about 40 days. After these steps only a first fraction of the wine obtained will be assembled.
